Bio Green Ind. to raise authorized capital
Bio Green Industries announced that, it would increase the authorized share capital from Rs 60 million to Rs 110 million and corresponding changes and amendments to the memorandum and articles of association.
The above was approved by the members of the company at its AGM held on Aug. 31, 2007.
The company reported net profit of Rs 4.34 million on net sales of Rs 20.19 million, for the quarter ended June 2007.
Shares of the company were last trading up Rs 31.05, or 10.23%, to Rs 334.55. The total volume of shares traded were 1,300 at the BSE. ( 1.35 pm, Monday)
