Nettlinx to acquire Host Department
Hyderabad-based Nettlinx said on Monday that it would acquire Host Department and make it its wholly owned subsidiary.
Nettlinx is an internet service provider in Andhra Pradesh and has presence across major cities in Andhra Pradesh. Nettlinx Inc. is a subsidiary of the company engaged in the outsourcing business.
Shares of the company were last trading up Rs 0.30, or 1.32%, at Rs 23. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE was 21,953. (03.09 pm, Monday)
