Secunderabad Healthcare board approves issue of warrants
Secunderabad Healthcare said on Monday that its board of directors approved the issue of share warrants.
The above decision was taken by the board at its meeting held on Aug. 29, 2007.
Further, the board approved increasing of the authorized capital of the company and also the change in name of the company.
Secunderabad Healthcare reported a phenomenal jump in net profits for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the company`s net profit rose to Rs 7.31 million from Rs 0.05 million in the same quarter, last year.
Sales for the quarter stood at Rs 55.83 million compared with Rs 1.12 million in the corresponding quarter, a year ago.
Shares of the company declined Rs 1.4, or 2.2%, to settle at Rs 62.25. The total volume of shares traded was 229 at the BSE. (Monday)
