Valiant Communications Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2007, has given their unanimous approval to form a 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary VALIANT COMMUNICATIONS & TECHNOLOGIES INC. in United State of America, to promote, market and provide pre and post sales support to customers of Valiant Communications Ltd at international level.
Pursuant to approval of Board of Directors, VALIANT COMMUNICATIONS & TECHNOLOGIES INC. a 100% Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company has been incorporated in United State of America.
