MindTree to list on overseas bourses
MindTree Consulting, the software and R&D services firm worth Rs 6 billion, is planning for an overseas listing in the next three years and become a Rs 20 billion company, reports Business Standard.
Recently the company raised Rs 3.5 billion from the Indian capital market and got listed on the Indian bourses.
Further, the company said that they are planning to increase its presence in the Japanese market and intend to list on the Japanese stock exchange.
