ORG Informatics allots shares under ESOS
ORG Informatics announced that, the board of directors allotted 13,675 equity shares of Rs 10 each, at a premium of Rs 40 a share, to the employees of the company under the ESOS scheme.
The board also allotted 26,525 equity shares of Rs 10 each, at a premium of Rs 40 a share to the employees of ORG Telecom - a subsidiary of the company.
Recently, the company announced phenomenal jump in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the company saw rise of 2.11 times in earnings to Rs 33.39 million from Rs 15.79 million in the corresponding quarter, last year.
Net sales for the quarter jumped 97.07% to Rs 739.85 million compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago.
Shares of the company closed up Rs 0.2, or 0.19%, to trade at Rs 106.2. The total volume of shares traded was 8,798 at the BSE. (3.17 p.m, Tuesday)
