Gayatri Projects bags Rs 3.12 bn contract from Orissa govt.

Gayatri Projects bagged a new order worth Rs 3.12 billion, for improvement to Naranpur,  Pandapada,  Harichandanpur,  Bramhanipal, Duburi Road in the district of Keonjhar and Jajpur in Orissa.

The entire work has to be executed within a period of 3 years.

The company undertakes major civil works which include construction of roads and highways, bridges, irrigation canals, dams and ports.

Shares of the company gained Rs 8.95, or 3.12%, and are currently trading at Rs 295.95. The total volume of shares traded was 103,290 at the BSE (10.57 a.m, Wednesday).
