Pricol rubbishes news of tie-up with Vascon Engineers
Pricol, with reference to a news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled `Pricol ties up with Vascon Engineers`, clarified that the company has not entered into any joint venture (JV) with Pune construction company - Vascon Engineers, to develop real estate project.
Further, the Company informed that, only Pricol Property Development entered into a JV with Vascon Engineers.
The news item in financial daily wrongly mentioned JV between Pricol and Vascon Engineers, instead of a JV between Pricol Property Development and Vascon Engineers.
Shares of the company were last trading up Rs 1.40, or 4.81%, to Rs 30.50. The total volume of shares traded were 57,969 at the BSE.(1.33 pm,Wednesday).
