CNI Research seeks members nod for bonus issue
An annual general meeting of the members of CNI Research will be held on Sep. 29, 2007 to seek approval for issue of bonus shares in ratio 1:2, i.e. one equity share of Rs 1.00 each to existing shareholders holding two equity shares.
Further, it will also seek their approval for the issue of 3 million convertible warrants to promoters, at the SEBI formula price or Rs 30 each; whichever is higher.
Shares of the company declined Rs 0.8, or 3.43%, to settle at Rs 22.5. The total volume of shares traded was 8,728 at the BSE. (Thursday)
