Reliance Ind. - Updates on Scheme of Amalgamation
Reliance Industries Ltd has informed that the certified copies of the Orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad & the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd (”IPCL”) with the Company (”the Scheme”) from April 01, 2006 (”Appointed Date”), have been filed electronically with the respective Registrar of Companies on September 05, 2007.
With this, the Scheme has become effective from September 05, 2007 & accordingly IPCL has been amalgamated with the Company.
