KS Oils to allot equity shares
KS Oils Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 07, 2007, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 3,07,44,610 equity shares of Rs 1 each in favour of Custodian underlying the GDR’s Issue of USD 31.42 Million.
