*Bartronics is in talks with 5-6 companies for acquistion,they would be finalizing the deal with the two companies.The total deal size of both the comapanies should be around Rs3000mn.* ** *The target companies would be contributing to a tune of rs200crs to companies top-line.* ** *The buzz is that they may even think to go for an backward integration of RFID via this acquistion,to remind the investors Bartronics is already going for backward integration of smart card which is expected to be completed by JAN 08 after which we may see jump in margins.Management are taking some wise decision and strictly concentrating on only 1 sector i.e Data capturing.There would be a lot of need for automatic data capturing in near future.* ** The stock is firm even at higher levels.The stock was advised at rs80 levels. Investors should hold on to the stock,we may see higher levels.
