FIIs turn net sellers in equities worth Rs 466 mn on Sep. 13
Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) turned net sellers in equities to the tune of Rs 466 million (USD 11.4 million) on September 13. They bought equity worth Rs 24,585 million and sold equity worth Rs 25,051 million. Till September 13, they have been net buyers in equities to the tune of Rs 35,258 million (USD 866.6 million).
FIIs were however, net buyers in debt on September 13 worth Rs 610 million (USD 14.9 million). They bought debt worth Rs 610 million but did not sell any debt. Till September 13, they have been net buyers in debt worth Rs 8,437 million (USD 208.3 million).
Till September 13, FIIs have thus been net buyers in both equities and debt to the tune of Rs 43,695 million (USD 1,074.9 million).
FIIs were net buyers in derivatives worth Rs 5260.16 million on September 13. They bought derivatives worth Rs 27,901.1 million and sold derivatives worth Rs 22,640.9 million.
