Praj Industries and Unitec Split stocks

With reference to your query below, we wish to inform you that that Unitech has declared issue of bonus shares in the proportion of 1:1.
The Record Date for the same was 31/08/2007 and Expiry Date was 30/08/2007.
The bonus shares shall be credited to your DP directly from the company within one month from the date of corporate action. You are eligible for the corporate action if you hold a buy position before the expiry
