Apar Industries ties-up with Italian Co. Apar Industries entered into a License Agreement with ENI S.p.A. - Divisione Refining and Marketing, Italy (ENI) for the grant of license to Apar to use ENI`s proprietary trade marks including its famous AGIP Brand & know-how, trade names and forumuale for the manufacture and sale of lubricating oils, greases and special products for industrial, automotive and marine applications at Apar`s Special Oils Division. >For the purpose of marketing of full line of automotive and Industrial lubricants, Apar has through its joint venture company, Apar Chematek Lubricants, entered into distribution agreement with ENI to promote and distribute lubricating oils, greases and marine applications and car care goods in the territory of India for the products imported, as well as produced in India. Shares of Apar Industries declined Rs 0.60, or 0.29%, to trade at Rs 203.75. The tot al volume of shares traded was 8,415 at the BSE. (2.45 p.m, Monday)
