Crew BOS declares 7.5% dividend The members of Crew BOS (Q, N,C,F)* Products, at the annual general meeting (AGM) held on Sep. 17, 2007, declared final dividend of 7.5% i.e 0.75 a share. Shares of the company closed down Rs 0.50, or 0.35%, at Rs 141.9. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE was 3,402. (Monday)

The company disclosed a sharp drop in net profit for the quarter ended in June 2007. During the quarter, the company experienced fall in profit to Rs 41.58 million from Rs 47.57 million in the same quarter last year.
