Future Group to hit market with second co. The Kishore Biyani promoted retailing behemoth Future Group is all set to list its second company by end of 2007, reports Business Standard. The company will raise about Rs 20 billion through an initial public offering. >The Rs 40 billion Pantaloon Retail (Q, N,C,F)* is the Future Group`s only listed company. The Group has not disclosed the nature of the second company that will hit the bourses. Pantaloon Retail, the group flagship, has nine subsidiaries, eight partnerships and 10 retail chains such as Food Bazaar, Big Bazaar and Central. Kishore Biyani has set a target of Rs 300 billion in revenues, by 2010. Shares of Pantaloon Retail closed up Rs 14.45, or 2.85%, at Rs 521.55. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE was 156,228. (Friday)
