The change in name has been approved and the fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name dated Sep. 6, 2007 issued by the registrar of companies, Gwalior. The company is a manufacturer and exporter of plastic woven products. It started its commercial production in 1986. It received the recognition of export house by the government of India in 1994. The product profile of the company comprises of HDPE/PP woven sacks, fabrics, wool packs, box bags, postal bags, raschel bag, FIBCs, shade nets and various other allied plastic products. The company caters to packaging requirements of cement, fertilizers, chemicals, sugar, food grains and salt. It exports its products to European and Gulf countries. Shares of the company closed down Rs 3.20, or 4.92 %, at Rs 61.80. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE was 75,438. (Monday)
