Saboo Sodium allots warrants >The board of directors (BoD)of Saboo Sodium Chloro at its meeting held on Sep. 17, 2007, allotted 61,19,900 warrants at Rs 10 each at par which are convertible into equity shares, on preferential basis. Out of total warrants, 21,19,900 warrants were allotted to strategic Investors belonging to non-promoter group and 4 million warrants to the persons in the promoter group.
As per the latest results Saboo Sodium Chloro reported net sales for the 3 months period ending Jun. 30, 2007 at Rs 31.66 mn and its PAT was Rs 8.39 mn.
Shares of the company were last trading up Rs 1.65 , or 4.87%, to Rs 35.55. The total volume of shares traded were 37,391 at the BSE.(Monday ).
