Result Analysis: Vakrangee Softwares net jumps 2.28 times in Jun`07 qtr Vakrangee Softwares reported phenomenal jump in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, net profit rose 2.28 times to Rs 55.69 million from Rs 24.40 million in the corresponding quarter, last year. Net sales for the quarter rose 93.82% to Rs 327.89 million, compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago. Operating margins increased to 42.65% during the quarter, a rise of 507.91 basis points compared with the corresponding quarter, last year. Net margins, on the other hand, rose to 16.94% from 14.42%, for the period in comparison. The company`s earnings per share (EPS) on trailing twelve month basis stood at Rs 14.37. At the closing price of Rs 182.30 on Sep. 14, 2007 at the BSE, the company`s shares were valued at 12.68 times its earnings on trailing twelve month basis.
