Alkyl Amines net up 3.16 times for Jun`07 qtr Alkyl Amines Chemicals registered a 3.16 times growth in net profit to Rs 12.00 million for the quarter ended June 2007 from Rs 3.80 million for the corresponding quarter, last year.
Net sales for the quarter rose 35.77% to Rs 369.70 million as compared with Rs 272.30 million for the same quarter, last fiscal. Total income for the quarter rose 35.69% to Rs 381.3 million from Rs 281 million for the corresponding quarter, a year ago. The earnings per share (EPS) of the company rose 3.16 times to Rs 1.36 in the quarter ended June 2007. Alkyl Amines Chemicals manufactures alipatic amines such as mono ethyl amine, diethyl amine, mono cyclohexyl amine, di cyclohexyl amine, N-butyl am ine, etc. >It is a global supplier of amines and amine-based chemicals to the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, rubber chemical & water treatment industries, among others. Its clients include pharma majors like Ranbaxy and Hoechst, besides other large players such as Nocil and Asian Paints.
