Bhoruka Aluminium to increase share capital

>The members of Bhoruka Aluminium, (Q, N,C,F)* which produces aluminum billets, ingots, extrusions and various aluminum products such as rods and wires, 

decided to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Rs 80 million to Rs 150 million by creating 7 million equity shares of Rs 10 each, which will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company.

The above desicion was taken at at the 27th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Sep. 18, 2007.

Shares of the company gained Rs 4, or 9.32%, to settle at Rs 46.9. The total volume of shares traded was 88,150 at the BSE.(Tuesday)
