Dr Reddy`s, Teva make up on Zoloft The Hyderabad-based pharma major Dr Reddy`s Laboratories and Israel-based Teva reached a settlement over the Zoloft drug, reports DNA Money. Teva has agreed to drop the patent infringement charge it had filed against Dr Reddy`s. Shares of Dr Reddy`s Laboratories closed down Rs 0.6, or 0.09%, to trade at Rs 641.00. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE 16,403. ( Monday)

Dr Reddy`s has agreed not to sell the finished generic product or its active ingredient in the US market and will provide a 30-day notice if ever its plans to do so.
