FIIs turn net sellers in equities worth Rs 2,674 mn on Sep. 17 Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) turned net sellers in equities worth Rs 2,674 million (USD 65.5 million) on September 17. They bought equity worth Rs 23,078 million and sold equity worth Rs 25,752 million. Till September 17, they have been net buyers in equities to the tune of Rs 44,178 million (USD 1,085.1 million). FIIs were, however, net buyers in debt on September 17 worth Rs 762 million (USD 18.7 million). They bought debt worth Rs 778 million and sold debt worth Rs 16 million. Till September 17, they have been net buyers in debt to the tune of Rs 11,831 million (USD 291.5 million). Till September 17, FIIs have thus been net buyers in both equities and debt to the tune of Rs 56,009 million (USD1376.6 million).
