Maruti Udyog Ltd is now Maruti Suzuki India Ltd
The Company’s Board of Directors had approved “Maruti Suzuki India Ltd” as the new name, in July, 2007. This was subject to approval by the Company’s shareholders. The Company’s shareholders approved the new name at the Annual General Meeting held on September 06, 2007.
