Suryajyoti Infotech acquires shares of Suryajyoti Spinning
Suryajyoti Infotech acquires shares of Suryajyoti Spinning Suryajyoti Spinning Mills said that Suryajyoti Infotech, Secunderabad, have acquired 20,000 equity shares of Suryajyoti Spinning Mills on Sep. 13, 2007. The acquisition has been made through open purchases in the stock market for a value of Rs 1,325,225 at an average price of Rs 66.26 a share. >Suryajyoti Spinning Mills (SSM), originally a part of the Suryalakshmi group, was established in 1992. SSM manufactures a wide range of yarn in cotton, polyester, viscose and PV blends in the count range of Ne 20-Ne 40 which are auto levelled and auto coned. The company also produces TFO yarn in cotton which is being exported. The manufacturing units of the company are located at Burgula village and Makthal of Mahabubnagar district in Andhra Pradesh.
Shares of the company declined Rs 0.60, or 0.99% to trade at Rs 60.20. The total volume of shares traded was 800 at the BSE. (12.50 p.m, Tuesday)
