Almondz Global allots equity shares
Almondz Global allots equity shares >The committee of the board of directors of Almondz Global (Q, N,C,F)* Securities, at its meeting held on Sep. 19, 2007, allotted 1,537,500 equity shares and 1,000,000 warrants of Rs 6 each at a premium of Rs 74 each. Out of the total allotment, 1,350,000 equity shares and 1,000,000 warrants were allotted to Almondz Capital & Management Services and 187,500 equity shares allotted to Dharmayug Investments. With the above allotment of the equity shares, the equity base of the company is increased from the present level of 15,996,100 to 17,533,600 equity shares of Rs 6 each.
Shares of the company gained Rs 1.4, or 1.78%, to settle at Rs 79.95. The total volume of shares traded was 140,000 at the BSE.(Wednesday)
