Hotel Leelaventure declares 7.5% final dividend The members of Hotel Leelaventure (Q, N,C,F)* at the annual general meeting (AGM) declared final dividend of 7.5% for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007 The company disclosed steep drop of 51.96% in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the company reported fall in profit to Rs 301.60 million from Rs 627.80 million in the corresponding quarter last year. Net sales for the quarter rose 23.94%, to Rs 1,001.80 million, compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago.

The members confirmed interim dividend of 15%, on equity share capital for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.
Shares of the company closed up Rs 0.25, or 0.52%, at Rs 48.10. The total volume of shares traded were 366,110 at the BSE. (Wednesday).
