Result Analysis: Jagan Lamps net dips 88.24% in Jun`07 qtr Jagan Lamps announced steep drop of 88.24% in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the profit dipped Rs 0.02 million from Rs 0.17 million, in the corresponding quarter last year. Net sales for the quarter declined 16.50% to Rs 19.59 million, compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago. Operating margins decreased 3.42% during the quarter, a fall of 147.76 basis points compared with the corresponding quarter last year. Net margins, on the other hand, fell 0.10% from 0.72%, for the period in comparison. Excluding extraordinary income (expense), the net margin is estimated to be at 0.10%. The company`s earnings per share (EPS) on trailing twelve month basis stood at a negative Rs 0.13.
