`Mahindra Gesco` to change name to `Mahindra Lifespace`
`Mahindra Gesco` to change name to `Mahindra Lifespace` >The members of Mahindra Gesco Developers at the 8th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Sep. 17, 2007, decided to change the name of company from Mahindra Gesco Developers` to `Mahindra Lifespace Developers`. Further they have approved the declaration of dividend at 10.50% on 1 million fully paid-up non-cumulative redeemable preference shares of Rs 100 each for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007. They also declared a dividend of 15% on fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.
Shares of the company gained Rs 8.5, or 1.39%, to settle at Rs 619.4. The total volume of shares traded was 128,577 at the BSE. (Wednesday)
