Rohit Ferro to declare dividend >The 7th annual general meeting (AGM) of the members of Rohit Ferro Tech will be held on Sep. 28, 2007, to declare dividend on equity shares and also to consider and approve account for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007.
Rohit Ferro-Tech reported phenomenal jump in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the profit rose 2.64 times to Rs 94.87 million from Rs 35.97 million in the corresponding quarter last year.
Net sales for the quarter rose 3.03 to Rs 1000.07 million, compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago.
Shares of the company declined Rs 1.35 , or 2.45%, to Rs 53.75. The total volume of shares traded were 156,500 at the BSE.(10.57 am ,Wednesday).
