The JV to take shape in Japan will require a total investment of approx. Rs 34.8 million. Omnitech Infosolutions is a technology service provider and delivers a wide range of technology services as well as technology-enabled services to clients.Shares of the company closed down Rs 1.25, or 0.76%, at Rs 163.3. The total volume of shares traded at BSE was 154,122.(Wednesday).
