ABG Heavy Industries to consider name change An extra ordinary general meeting (EGM) of the members of ABG Heavy Industries will be held on Oct. 15, 2007, to consider the change of the company`s name from `ABG Heavy Industries` to `ABG Infralogistics. ` > Further, resolved that the name `ABG Heavy Industries ` wherever it occurs in the memorandum and articles of association of the company be substituted by the new name `ABC Infralogistics `.
Shares of the company declined Rs 7.45, or 2.41%, to Rs 302.1. The total volume of shares traded was 13,719 at the BSE. (Friday)
