Dagger Forst allots shares >The issue committee of the board of directors of Dagger Forst, (Q, N,C,F)* at its meeting held on Sep. 21, 2007, allotted 3,321,053 equity shares at a price of Rs 33 a share to the existing shareholders under the rights issue, 3,531,150 equity shares at a price Rs 45 a share to the general public (including retail, high net-worth and corporate applicants). Further the committee allotted 400,000 equity shares at a price Rs 45 a share to the promoters of the company. Shares of the company declined Rs 0.4, or 0.94%, to settle at Rs 42. The tota l volume of shares traded was 4,495 at the BSE.(Friday)
