Gitanjali Gems declares 15% dividend The members of Gitanjali Gems (Q, N,C,F)* at its annual general meeting (AGM) held on Sep. 20, 2007, declared dividend of 15%. Net sales for the quarter rose 31.26% to Rs 6,538.52 million, compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago. Shares of the company remain unchanged at Rs 293.55. The total volume of sh ares traded were 33,096 at the BSE . (12.15 p.m, Friday).

The company announced phenomenal jump in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the profit rose 55.55% to Rs 328.28 million from Rs 211.04 million, in the corresponding quarter last year.
