Godrej mulls CTV foray The appliances division of Godrej and Boyce Manufacturing has taken on hand consumer research to explore the possibility of entering the colour TV (CTV) segment, reports Business Standard. >The company is evaluating the space and will take a decision based on the results.The consumer research will be done across 3,000 households across the country. Besides, Godrej is also looking at the commercial refrigeration segment.
The company is repositioning the Godrej brand in the market to reflect the changing lifestyle of the average Indian consumer.
Shares of the compa ny gained Rs 7.70, or 4.42%, to end at Rs 181.9. The total volume of shares traded was 139,038 at the BSE.(Thursday).
