JMD Telefilms declares 5% dividend The members of JMD Telefilms (Q, N,C,F)* Industries at its annual general meeting (AGM) held on Sep. 18, 2007, declared dividend of 5% a equity share of Rs 10 each. The company disclosed phenomenal jump in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the profit rose 59.57% to Rs 0.75 million from Rs 0.47 million, in the corresponding quarter last year. Net sales for the quarter rose 293.48 to Rs 187.83 million, compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago. Shares of the company last traded on Sep. 20, 200 7 at Rs 16.00.
