Vishal Retail to start 10,000 quick service restaurants

Delhi-based Vishal Retail (Q, N,C,F)* is intending to open about 10,000 quick service restaurants, which will sell Indian snacks, all over the world, reports Business Standard.
The lay-out of restaurants will be similar to McDonalds.  
 
>Vishal Retail, looking at becoming the world`s largest retailer is planning 25 projects on major highways of India, spread over 10-20 acres, complete with retail stores, spas and waterparks. The company is also aiming at bringing up home delivery model at its outlets to reap sales. The aspiring retail giant is planning to start 100 stores in a next two months, with an  investment of about Rs 2 billion. The new stores will be set up both in the big format of 25,000 to 30,000 sq feet and in small format of 5,000 sq feet.
