HDFC Q2 results on Oct 30 The board of directors (BoD) of Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) will meet on Oct. 30, 2007, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the corporation for the quarter / half-year ending on Sep. 30, 2007 (Q2). >HDFC reported good increase in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the company witnessed 25.60% rise in profit to Rs 3728.10 million from Rs 2968.20 million, in the corresponding quarter last year. Net sales for the quarter rose 46.66% to Rs 18269.50 million, compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago. Shares of the company gained Rs 4.30 , or 0.18%, to Rs 2376. The total volume of shares traded were 36,178 at the BSE.(3.10 pm, Monday).
