IKF Technologies declares 5% dividend The members of IKF Technologies, (Q, N,C,F)* at its meeting held on Sep. 20, 2007 declared dividend of 5% on equity share of Re 1 each, for the year ended March 31, 2007.>Also, Gajanand Gupta was appointed as director of the company.The members issued 3,00,00,000 warrants at Rs 12 each with an entitlement to convert with the equal number of equity shares of the company, within a period of 18 months from the date of issue of such convertible warrants . The company is engaged in the field of bio diesel, telecom, IT software development, business process outsource and application maintenance services linking e-business with core information systems for companies worldwide. I K F Technologies, announced steep drop of 65.11% in net profit for the quarter ended in June 2007. During the quarter, the company reported fall in profit to Rs 8.42 million from Rs 24.13 million, in the corresponding quarter last year. Net sales for the quarter declined 60.23% to Rs 85.22 million, compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago. Shares of the company were last trading up Rs 0.05 , or 0.71%, at Rs 7.05. The total volume of shares traded were 1,749,867 at the BSE .(11.32 am ,Monday ).
