JBF Industries approves 22.50% dividend The shareholders of JBF Industries, at its 25th annual general meeting (AGM) held on Sep. 20, 2007, approved 22.50% dividend and also approved increase in FIIs holding from 40% to 49%. > JBF Industries was incorporated in the year 1982 as a private limited company and converted into public limited company during 1986 under the name JBF Synthetics. It changed its name to present one in the year 1989. Shares of the company was last trading up Rs 12.80, or 7.84%, to trade at Rs 176.00. The total volume of shares traded was 177,916 at the BSE.(3.28 p.m, pm ,Monday)
