Jumbo Bag declares 10% dividend The shareholders of Jumbo Bag (Q, N,C,F)* at its annual general meeting (AGM) held on Sep. 24, 2007, declared dividend of 10%. Net sales for the quarter rose 9.39% to Rs 124.71 million compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago. Shares of the company last closed up Rs 0.40, or 2.41%, at Rs 17.00. The total volume of shares traded w ere 600 at the BSE . (Monday).

The company reported fall in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the profit swung to Rs 2.99 million from Rs 3.11 million, in the corresponding quarter last year.
