Peninsula Land to erect township in Nashik
Peninsula Land to erect township in Nashik Mumbai-based real estate company Peninsula Land (PLL) is planning to build a township in Nashik, reports Business Standard. Shares of the company closed down Rs 5.65, or 0.94%, at Rs 596.35. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE was 89,312. (Friday)
The Ashok Piramal Group company has acquired 90 acres of plot, where it plans to erect the township.

Further, the company also has plans develop a large commercial complex spread across 19 acres in the city.
Peninsula Land has plans to develop a Biotechnology SEZ and a gems and jewellery SEZ in Goa, for which the company has already been allotted land.
