Sagar Cements declare 25% final dividend The members of Sagar Cements, (Q, N,C,F)* at the annual general meeting (AGM) held on Sep. 24, 2007, declared 25% as final dividend. Net sales for the quarter declined 1.06% to Rs 280.79 million from Rs 283.81 million for the correspoding quarter last year. Shares of the company were last t rading up Rs 2.35, or 1.52%, at Rs 157.20. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE was 1,017. (3.16 pm, Monday)
