Surabhi Chemicals to raise share capital The board of directors (BoD) of Surabhi Chemicals & Investment, at its meeting held on Sep. 24, 2007, decided to increase the authorized capital from Rs 10 million to Rs 20 million. Further, the company authorized its chairman to proceed further in the matter of amalgamation of Paami Textiles and Investments with the company. The shares of the company are cuurently inactive at the BSE.
