Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills declares 10% dividend The shareholders, at the 43rd annual general meeting (AGM) of Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills held on Sep. 21, 2007, declared dividend at Re 1 a share on 25,733,555 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 25.73 million for the year ended Mar. 31, 2007. > The shareholders have also approved voluntary de-listing of equity shares of the company from The Hyderabad Stock Exchange. The Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills (APPAPER), a part of the L.N. Bangur group, is a pulp and paper manufacturer. The company was incorporated on Jun. 29, 1964. The chairman of the company is L.N. Bangur and R.C. Mall is the executive director.
Shares of the company declined Rs 1.7, or 1.79%, to settle at Rs 93.15. The total volume of shares traded was 1,135 at the BSE.(Tuesday)
