Hinduja TMT is now Hinduja Ventures Hinduja group company, Hinduja TMT, (Q, N,C,F)* underwent a name-change and will be known as “Hinduja Ventures“. The company got approval for the name-change from its shareholders at its annual general meeting (AGM). >Ashok Hinduja, executive chairman of the group, told shareholders that the group will be investing Rs 100-crore in its medicare projects. Hinduja group has formed a 50:50 joint venture with DP World for the medicare projects. The group also plans to list its media company, IndusInd Media and Communications, next year. Hinduja Ventures will undertake pr operty development over 47-acre in Bangalore near the new international airport. The company provides solutions across multiple technology platforms and businesses in information technology /business process outsourcing and media and telecommunication. Shares of the company closed up Rs 1.75, or 0.39%, at Rs 451.45. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE was 59,059.( Monday ).
