Marg Holdings members approve name change The members of Marg Holdings (Q, N,C,F)* and Financial Services, at the 14th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Sep. 25, 2007, decided to change the name of the company from `Marg Holdings And Financial Services` to `Marg Projects And Infrastructure.` Further they have approved the accounts for the period ending Mar. 31, 2007.
As per the latest results, Marg Holdings And Financial Services net sa les for the quarter ended Jun. 30, 2007 was Rs 0.50 million and its PAT was Rs 0.98 million.
The scrip is currently suspended for the trading on BSE.
