Reliance logistics form JV with CONCOR Reliance Logistics (RLPL), and the public sector Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) formed a 51:49 joint venture (JV) company to provide end-to-end logistics solutions to manufacturers, traders and retailers across the country, reports Business Standard. >Christened “Infinite Solutions“; the new JV company will provide customized and standard container transportation by road and rail, distribution and related ancillary services. The company is intending substantial investments i n trucking, warehousing and material handling equipment assets.

Reliance Industries announced a good increase in net profits for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the company saw a 28.15% rise in profits to Rs 32.640.00 million from Rs 25.470.00 million in the corresponding quarter last year.
