Sunil Hitech declares 12% dividend The members of Sunil Hitech (Q, N,C,F)* Engineers, at its meeting held on Sep. 20, 2007 declared dividend of 12%. The company appointed Dilip V Ghanekar & Sajid Ali as directors and Vijay Gutte as whole time director. The company specializes in fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning of thermal power plants. The company is also into the business of manufacturing pressure parts used by power plants, petrochemicals sector, sugar industry, heavy engineering industry, and technological structures for the heavy engineering industry. >The authorised capital of the company increased from Rs 120 million to Rs 250 million.
Sunil Hitech Engineers, announced phenomenal jump in net profit for the quarter ended June 2007. During the quarter, the profit rose 2.35 times to Rs 34.34 million from Rs 14.62 million, in the corresponding quarter last year.Net sales for the quarter rose 51.22% to Rs 453.69 million, compared with the corresponding quarter, a year ago.
Shares of the company were last trading down Rs 1.45 , or 0.59%, at Rs 246. The total volume of shares traded were 13,324 at the BSE.(12.36 p.m ,Tuesday ).
